Located off the coast of Port Coogee, Maraboo Island represented a major opportunity to deliver a precinct vision starting from structure planning, local development planning, and subdivision, then following continuously through to completed homes on 52 green title lots.  Originally the site was purchased for apartments, but analysis of the market meant that a range of townhouses and luxury homes would better suit client objectives and meet market conditions.
