Sheridan Lane, West Perth
Sheridan Lane was a heavily constrained site with a land-locked land parcel, an existing non-confirming use, site access issues and a local community that was hesitant to support any development. Through careful planning, calculated thinking and problem-solving within the many disciplines involved, we unlocked and subdivided this land into 11 survey strata lots of between 120m² – 160m² . We’ve since worked with Council to build homes that suit the site’s unique location and the smaller sizes in this little pocket of West Perth, north of the Graham Farmer Freeway.
